About Nicholas Veatch

I’m based in South Lake Tahoe, but more importantly, I actually live the lifestyle people move here for. Most of my time is spent outside, fishing, snowboarding, hiking, so when I talk about Tahoe, it’s coming from real experience, not just what shows up in a listing.

My approach to real estate is a little different. I’m not here to sell you on Tahoe, I’m here to help you figure out if it actually makes sense for you. A lot of people fall in love with the idea of living here before they understand what day-to-day life looks like. And depending on how you live, Tahoe can either be exactly what you’re looking for, or not the right fit at all.

Before getting into real estate, I worked in construction as a journeyman carpenter and later as a superintendent managing multiple projects. That background still shapes how I look at properties today. I focus on how a home actually functions, how it’s built, how it holds up, and what you’re really getting into beyond the surface. Whether you're considering a full-time move, a second home, or an investment, my goal is simple, help you make a decision that fits your lifestyle and holds up long-term. Tahoe isn’t for everyone.
